Fairview on the Green features food from several local vendors. If your restaurant is interested in selling food at the cook-off, please submit a food vendor application. Contact us with suggestions at 503.674.6202.

Each vendor will be provided with a 10' x 10' space. Vendors are responsible for bringing all necessary equipment (tents, tables, chairs, etc).

FOOD VENDORS MUST HAVE ALL REQUIRED OREGON HEALTH PERMITS.

Vendors may begin setup at 7 am.

You MUST be open for business by 10am.
Tear down is at 7pm.
Free Vendor Parking at Fairview City Hall.
Potable water via hose and please detail all of your electrical needs.
