| Setup Procedures for Chili Cooks | |||||||
| Deadline for entry is July 31, 2010. After July 31, call Devree Leymaster at 503.674.6202 for entry availability. Booth setup will begin at 7:00 AM on Saturday, August 28 and must be completed by 9:00 AM. Parking will be available at the nearby Target store. The City of Fairview will provide a 10' X 10' tent but you are responsible for providing any other stoves, tables, chairs or other equipment you need for your booth.
