NPDES Stormwater Permit Renewal
The City of Fairview (City) is a co-permittee with the City of Gresham and Multnomah County on the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Discharge Permit.  The City is in the process of renewing the permit which is issued by the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) under the federal Clean Water Act.
